The Piedmont Raleigh is a 382-unit rental apartment complex that was designed for the influx of young professionals who wanted to live a pedestrian setting near transportation but at suburban prices. Currently under construction across from the Triangle Town Center Mall and Poyner Place, the complex is nearly ready to open to the public and will begin occupancy in February of 2020.
